In the Indiana market as I am sure is true for other markets as well QUICK communication especially when contracts are being written or considered is paramount. Quick and accurate communication and information needs to be improved.

Tania made what should have been a smooth transaction, a very stressful and dragged out one instead. She didn't have any empathy for me or dedication for that matter. There would be times when both my realtor and myself were trying any available option possible for days on end to get a hold of her in that very time sensitive situation. We were both told NUMEROUS times, yup that's all we need, we're going to finish this up. Only to hear, "yea...there's one more thing" Enough times where the seller had enough of the runaround ultimately putting the house back up for sale!! Most of the time she had a very "snobby" demeaner, and obviously annoyed and bothered to have to do extra work to get a special situation to close. The seller's realtor had told me this was probably the most ridiculous company he has every had to deal with, and apologized repeatedly for the torment I had to endure.

There was a very large lack of communication for myself and my clients. When we reached out to get answers, the most common answer was I don't know let me check on that. When given a timeline for a response, the timeline was never met (and there appeared to be plenty of time to get some sort of update). While talking to the agent on the other side, I was surprised that she had updates and we did not, when we had been asking for updates and promised to be kept in the loop. Overall, the experience was only memorable in the aspect that there was a lack of communication. The buyers felt as though there were no updates or communication as well. Aside from the lack of communication (which is the #1 aspect of our jobs) and answers when asked, I have no complaints. Leonard was pleasant to talk to when we spoke.

Seemed irritated when we asked questions throughout the process. Unfortunately, he accidentally cc’ed us in a message with a message about “the darn customer.” Customer service could have been better.

The majority of the time I felt communication was lacking. The buyers were EXTREMELY frustrated with Andrew and Andrea, and would call me to ask what I could do to help. We ended up closing 2 days late because of miscommunication. He would tell me one thing, and the buyers something else! He told us we would close the day after our expected coe. The buyers packed up, and sat at Title for apx. 5 hours waiting! Then had to get a hotel and didn't close until almost 24 hours later!

I was very pleased with the rate that Indy promised. At the very end, when I had declined other banks, the rate was bumped up due to oversight on their part and no fault acknowledged. I end up with a refi I'm not happy. The tool is terrible. I signed several documents that could not be rejected. The people supporting this were mostly incompetent and unable to communicate and get the job done. I came with great expectations from the referrals, but am just short of complaining to BBB.

The communication is the worst. This is the second time I got my home refinanced with Indy but the first time wasn't this worst. It took about 4months to the closing. I understood it might be because of COVID times but the communication was zero and we had to follow up time and again. I wouldn't refinance again if it is the same situation

I called Peter on several occasions and left messages - at least two and he never called back. He did communicate very well with the list agent, making me feel doubly bad. As I had to learn what was happening through her. He did not call me once. And I represented the buyer who was getting the financing. I took it personal but I guess he was just too busy for me. Thanks for asking, That is just how I felt.
