Worst company on the planet! They bought my home loan from another company. Now since they can't find the paperwork I have to jump through all these hoops on the phone or via the many letters I get per week. Sadly I can't do anything about it since again they bought my loan.

As a Realtor working with this lender it’s been a headache. Buyers file in underwriting over a week and the only update given is it’ll take a few days. It’s been that and more. We are less than 5 days until closing. No answers. I will advise my clients against this lender on the future

Awful!!! Strung us along for months. Provided everything they asked for and they would never call back. Finally gave us a closing date and asked us to pay for appraisal. Did it same day...closing date came and went with no contact. You call them they talk you in circles until they finally say they’ll get back to you and don’t! Don’t waste you time. Check out BBB complaints also.

I spoke with Matthew (NMLS# 838672) about a refi to get lower my mortgage time frame. I have over 20k in the bank account mind you and proved that. I have a low mortgage 80k, on a house that is worth 260k. This man calls my phone and emails me 100 times a day even when I ask not to be called while I am at work ( didn't listen). Everything is great it is all approved per his email the night before, somehow at 7 am it is not. I get a nice email that states," Thank you for applying but it is not approved bye bye now". What a scam. I should have listened to the other terrible reviews. Now I am concerned about my bank information and if it is safe.
