Communication was subpar throughout the entire process. Every phone call required multiple calls to multiple numbers to get a response or answer. Due to poor communication, we almost lost the deal twice. It may have been just for this deal, but this was the experience.

Had Chris bothered to ever pick up the phone and at minimum call the client as he never returned their calls or mine. He his behind emails or texts when problems came up. Had to involve his Mgr to get to closing. 30 yrs, 2,000 closings. This was the Worst

Michael was kind and polite, however he was not very responsive to phone calls nor emails. When I was able to speak to him, he was not very knowledgeable and even provided misinformation, a $3000 mistake. We considered canceling the refinance to go with someone else, however Shawn was able to get us back on track. We only came back to NAF due to the service we received from our initial loan officer Tamara. I retained her number and when I sent a message via text, we were connected with Michael. Again, he was kind and pleasant but certainly struck me as if he needed extensive training. We were looking to refinance with a possible HELOC after and he was unfamiliar with this process and seemed dismissive. We plan to refinance again after 6 months but at this time may go elsewhere.

to start with no one worked my loan for 41 days. After that it was hard to get direct answers or timely responses. and no one wanted to take accountability for the delay on your companies side i just kept getting same reponse that almost there. No one felt the need to expedite since your processing team dropped the ball. Even though from day 1 i advise them i was on a court ordered time frame.

After the initial communications, Kevin was not providing the needed information in a timely manner. He went on vacation after stating they were removing the spouse from the loan and he did not leave amyone to handle the account. It was not until the buyers involved the supervisor that the process moved in a timely manner. Also, Kevin did not inform the buyers until a week later that they would not close on the agreed date. The closer knew before the buyers.

The communication was extremely poor, and the information was rarely accurate. I was extremely disappointed in the customer service she provided for my client's first home buying experience.

Zain started off communicating stronger than the average lender, until we had questions. I got the sense he became overwhelmed and was green. He started referring our questions out to other folks, giving us their name and number to call. So halfway through the transaction we started bypassing him and going straight to Christine Meehan. She was competent. I would suggest to train Zain if he is asked something he does not know, to say "let me get back to you" and run it up the flag pole, vs. passing the buck, giving improper info, or checking out. I say this to help train him to be successful in this industry. This experience makes me want to have my future clients steer clear of out of state lenders.
