Final cost per month and closing cash had stayed the same for a month through many different forms. Then less than 24 hrs before closing both cash to close and the monthly payments went up considerably. We tried calling, emailing and texting and got no explanation as to why. She didn't contact us and never explained why it changed or why these changes happened right before closing when she had been working on it for a month. Unsatisfied, would not reccomend.

There was poor communication and lack of explanation on numerous items. I had to deal with multiple personnel, at least 5. There is no need to have that many people involved from just one organization. Then, I started to receive attitude from one of the staff members. I would not recommend your company.

It was a very scary experience, not being given much information from start to finish and the little information we did receive we felt was very misleading. It was a very stressful and scary time that we would definitely not recommend for anyone else to get involved with.

I did not like how I could not get ahold of Mike and Kelly. I felt that the communication was not good at all. I was misled of how much my down payment and how much my return was going to be. I really did not appreciate that all of the paperwork was finalized right before are closing.

There is nothing good to say about Shao. She was not professional at all. The lack of communication made it very difficult for my client to close on her home. I still don’t know what the issue was to this day. I would not recommend her or this lender to anyone.

Complete disaster from start to finish. Employment verification wasn't done until a month in and they had to scramble to get that done. the closing was changed from the 8th to the 10th to the 12th to the 15th to the 19th to the 22nd back to the 19th. On the day of closing the 19th they finally told us cash to close which was wrong and we had to get refunded from the attorney trust. They didn't send the wire until the last minute so they had to rush to the courthouse just to make it on time befor

Both of your people that we dealt with, Wendell Stewart and Jewliane Avila, were unbelievably incompetent. I am stunned at their lack of knowledge of the different home buying processes and the aloof attitudes that they had during the entire process. Their poor work ethic and incompetence resulted in a nightmare buying experience for us and resulted in us owing an additional $600 to the sellers and created an incredible amount of inconvenience and stress for us and the sellers.
