Better communication Better rates Paid balances that did not have positive effect on credit score. Answer phone calls and not by email Dont wait until the last minute to ask for paperwork or documents after close of business hours had to send the same paper work numerous times

Lack of communication, wrong documents added into our file to pass through underwriting, on the day of closing our file was not ready and we had to wait 4 hours until the file was ready.

Kim stated that she would walk us through the mortgage pre approval process. Once she ran the credit application, she quit communicating with us. She lacks professionalism and needs to work on her communication skills. She stated she would provide us with an action plan, whereas we could qualify for a mortgage, within 6 months. Totally unprofessional.....Never provided action plan and will not respond to emails, texts or calls.

No one knew what the other person was doing, there were 3 people helping us with our loan. Lied to us about our paper work going to usda, waited until 2 days before our closing to send it. Then blamed usda. Then finally we are at the title company to close, and of course the closing Disclosure documents were wrong. We never received a copy of the final closing disclosure before closing. I would never recommend this company to anyone if this is how it is ran. Worst experience of our life.

It took 3 months for us to close on our refi. The communication we received from Robert was unacceptable. Our process was not moving and we never received updates. He consistently blamed the underwriter when he had the ability to get in touch with her or her supervisor and he never did. We always asked for answers and never received any. We even asked to speak with his supervisor and we never got a call. We ended up having to submit a complain to Patty Arvielo and within hours we received a call

Professionalism. Communication. Pride in work performed. Making sure the client is kept informed, ordering the appraisal ASAP, providing buyer with completed appraisal ASAP x not 2 weeks later. Not waiting until the client emails at 9:16 a.m. on last possible day to close, "I would greatly appreciate it if SOMEONE would please let me know what is going on with my loan". I was told to "stand-by, then provided with wrong $ needed for closing at 1 p.m. Extremely Unsatisfied.
