Cesar never responds to calls, no communication with myself or clients. I think he dropped the ball all the way around on them and we are very disappointed. I would never recommend him to anyone.

Malcolm & I didn't have much communication but what little we did have was not very good. I felt as though he was being put out to talk to me & always seemed on the defense. Our client, the buyer did not have a good experience with him either. Things took much longer than expected with a variety of hiccups. Most all correspondence I got was through the client. His processor Sunnee did her best to pick up the ball & run with it, but it seems they were always behind. I understand this was a unique transaction being that it was a Freddie Mac Seller, & that within itself is a totally different bird but the lenders manner towards me was not pleasant or helpful. I never got him on the phone when I called & sometimes it would be hours or days before I received a response. Hopefully Malcolm was simply going through something & this is not his normal way of doing business so for that reason I will extend grace & perhaps he can take this feedback to do better with his next client.

Had to hold their hands throughout the entire proces. Pretty sad when the buyers have to make the phone calls to get information and move the process forward . The entire team needs major remediation training, especially on since of urgency and getting things done to meet dead lines. Extremely frustrating when the team is so laxidative us as buyers are having to set and push the process forward three days before closing so we can meet our close date. If it was not for my brother and I hounding the team to get things done we would have never been close to hitting our close date. At the end of the day pretty sad people can't do their job with a sense of urgency to get things done for their client.

Several mistakes were made. There was a $10,000 seller credit that should not have been there. Then there was an issue with the interest rate changing from one day to the next. Also, Cyrena missed the fact that the seller is a disabled vet and pays $0 taxes which increased the amount we needed to bring to close. The first sheet that we were presented with and the final sheet had over $10,000 in additional closing costs. We were told we would be given a gift to make it up to us, as Cyrena felt bad about the issues that came up with the whole process. True to form, we were disappointed again. I will let me realtor know she should NOT be recommeding Cyrena to her clients, even though they are good friends.

The communication was not the best. No email or phone call to tell us the checks were coming. That's a lot of money being sent to not give a heads up that's it's on its way and to be watching for it. No communication after we signed documents to let us know how the process was going. A email with we got the documents and are processing them would have been perfect. Overall it was a ok experience, one I hope to never do again.

When communicating with Gene it was ok. We were way past our closing date and all went south. No communication after our original closing date. Stuff that should of been done way early in the transaction were being figured out or asked for were done after our original closing date. This made clients and seller very upset. We even had title company calling and didn't get any communication. We went two weeks past our closing date and had no explanatio. very frustrating for all parties.
