letting me know that the loan officer had resigned and she was the greatest but i never talked to her boss and hewen never told me much but she did a great job on my loan but anthoney i had to call him and leave a few messages before i talked to him it was huewen that got him to call.

The lack of communication and the amount of errors delayed the closing multiple times. Unfortunately, even though it was made clear that we were operating on EST, they continued to provide information that was not received until after 5pm here. The direct client had to make too many plan changes.

This transaction was the worst one i have had all year and this covers over 60 individual home sales i have closed thus far. Not all of the issues were in Kaitlyns control Meghann Gardner and a couple others involved in the process were actually worse than kaitlyn but i will Absolutely NEVER recommend a client work with your company again I cant believe you actually sent me a survey to complete !
