What would make it better is if Gary was a man of his word. Gary and Claudia were quick to answer their phones when they wanted our loan to go through and once that happened my husband and I left many voicemails and emails. We cannot get either one of them to call back. We were charged an extra fee Gary said he would cover but since it technically came out of my fathers pocket at closing he thinks he doesn’t have to honor his word. Very disappointed in both Gary and Claudia.

During the entire refinancing process I had a very difficult time getting in contact with Nathan or anyone else working on my loan. There was a huge lack in communication regarding when my closing would take place and what was required at closing. My closing was originally scheduled on a Wednesday and I was told I would not need a witness, I was also NOT told the amount I would need to pay at closing. The night before my scheduled closing I received a call stating my closing was being postponed.

Was told the wrong closing date, no communication or return of phone calls. Feel like that once he knew he had a commission coming, I was no longer important, just worried about the next customer / closing. However, his manager (Kip), was honest and helpful. Will never do business with this company again or recommend to anyone! I originally asked not to be assigned to Khalil, because it was pretty much the same last time. Started strong.. 6+ months later.. surprise fees, delays, miscommunication, and several other issues outweighed how much I initially appreciated everyone involved.

Communication was terrible and almost non-existent. Very difficult to get a hold of him. Took a very long time to lock in the rate. This process has definitely discouraged me from doing a refinance online next time.

There was a lack of communication between the closing agent and Marcell. He would tell me one thing, the closing agent would tell me something totally different. In the end, neither was correct. I was “cleared to close” for 4 weeks before they finally got things together. I was advised not to pay my mortgage with my current lender (this was a refi) and then ended up with late fees and a negative mark on my credit report because of his advice. Not enough room to tell all, but cost me $8000 too
