The lack of communicating what the issue was with my client for the loan and being told they are “working on it” after 6 weeks and moving the closing day back 4 times was a very horrible experience for my client. He told us one day we were clear to close and never got the package to the title company after asking several times, which resulted in us not closing that day. It just took too long and I will not recommend anyone to this company.

Took an extra 3 weeks to close then was told. Had to send the same documents 2 to 3 times. Dealt with over 4 people with hardly any communication. Was very stressful and unpleasant due to lack of communication, and frustrating sending the same documents more then once. Also kept being told we were going to close then told underwriter wanted more information. This is my 5th house and have never had so much issues with underwriter.

There was nothing about this that I was happy with - communication, professionalism, accuracy etc!

Terrible communication. No contact for 30 days. then I had to initiate only to have a response of sorry, we cannot help. Once I called Mgr, he was able to get the ball rolling again and barely made it in before lock rate went up. Even the underwriter was kooky. I wanted to pay of credit cards early, but they insisted they do it upon closing. Once closing was completed, I received multiple checks in the mail back and I physically had to mail them out myself. Deftd the purpose. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!

Henry was not a bad and Eddie. Eddie lies and is a chicken shit. Saying he was told his phone did not work by IT was BS and I knew Getting the appraiser to change the appraisal is unethical and the 2 real estate agents are talking with the closing attorney on what action can be taken against and Eddie and the appraiser. We did not know about the change until 4 hours before the closing. Eddie's attitude is unprofessional and if he worked for me I would fire him. I think that say enough

Heather never called when she said she would. It would be days later. She never returned messages in a timely manner. always asked for updated info of bank statements and credit cards yet never updated my information showing payoffs and balances. Said I didn't qualify and would not even attempt for me to go conventional. It wasn't until Paola got involved that things started happening. Paola was wonderful. not enough room for me to continue.

Chris was fine when he got back to you! It took months for this loan to settle. I emailed Chris many times and he very rarely responded. most of the time issue was created by the Loan Processing department but Chris was no help during that process. This was the second loan with Chris. very disappointed!

Absolutely horrible experience with Theresa. She approved us for a loan, we found a house, put an offer on it, it was accepted and we were in the process of closing and Theresa pulled our loan stating that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac changed thier policies. After investigating this, it was found that this was completely untrue. Dishonest and lacking ethical integrity, I would not recommend her to my worst enemy. I will never understand how she can do that to a family and sleep at night especially
