Multiple delays and blaming other parties for the delays. We asked (multiple times over a two week period) about POA signing for Buyers out of state and found out literally at the last minute that they couldn't sign from different states and had to physically be in one state which meant the buyers had to travel last minute (and incur undue travel expenses/Flying from IL to AZ) and take unexpected time off from work just to make sure we didn't have another delay as the sellers were tired ....

Communication is key in real estate transactions and Jacob along with his team were embarrassing to say the least. It was an absolute circus start to finish. I'd rather sell bibles downtown Tehran than do business with your company again.

Loyd told me about a good interest rate that had a lender credit available to lower the refinance cost. During the whole refinance process there was no communication from Loyd. I ended up paying $2000 more in refinance fees than I was originally quoted due to supposed "expiration dates". He never communicated anything to me about theses costs along the way. Started out as a friendly person and then in the end was deceitful, a liar, and blamed others. Would never recommend him to anyone.

He was extremely hard to communicate with he's very slow to respond . I left several messages and emails on his direct line and personal cell. I had to call the main number and ask for a supervisor for him to respond. Closing was 3 weeks later than I was informed of.

Lack of communication on all levels. Loan took months to close with little to no communication from Ted or Eddie or anyone else from this lender. I hope that none of my future buyers use this company for financing.

The loan took over a year to complete. I had to submit the same paper work multiple time through this process. I refinanced two houses in a quarter if the time this took.
