Good morning, This is Ignacio just refinance with this company and I was a horrible experience. If you see my case you can see a lot of mistakes done by loan officers, that later on I had to pay for there mistakes. I'm thinking about reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and to the Department of mortgage.

Communication - Advise which team members (whom, what they do, and follow up to task completion). Information on options and potential road blocks in loan process. Conformance to expected time line. Need to seriously perform at a professional and hold team accountable for short comings. Also should hold other departments (underwriting) accountable for loan process failures and delays.

Lack of communication and very hard to get ahold of

I contacted Brittany McLendon on June 9 about purchasing my first home. She was on vacation and suggested I utilize her website to fill out an application so she could review it upon her return. I filled out the application and submitted all requested documentation. On June 19, I received an email from Brittany's colleague about ways to quickly increase my credit score. I replied detailing what I had already done and what I would not be doing at this time. I asked if there was a way to proceed with the information I had already given. As of July 7, I have not yet received a response and my application on the website still shows in the review stage. Since New American Funding has proved unresponsive, I have been in contact with a different lender in the area, who has quickly provided me a pre-approval letter. I will not continue to pursue a business relationship with New American Funding, nor will I recommend them to anyone else.

I rate Ritchy Haynes a negative 10 down into the category of 'please never let me encounter this man again' . He yelled at me on several occasions, talked to me in a sarcastic, rude and condescending tone, and argued about the property we were purchasing (even though he had never seen it and was wrong) - it had no gas and was all electric. Even after 7 months he is going out of his was to be rude to me. I conveniently never received a 1098 with his employer tax identification number to claim the taxes we paid at closing and when I called him he immediately took a condescending tone with me and didn't render the information i needed - not helpful or kind at all. I will be filing formal complaints....AGAIN. I cant believe this man is still in business with people. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

Andy should know what he needs to close a loan in advance so he doesn't have to call on a daily basis for information and have to beg and plead for a time and date for closing. Very unorganized!

It took almost one year to refinance. Your team waiting until the last minute to tell me they needed certain items to finish my refi, which caused me to loose out on my first two locked in rates and I had to pay for two appraisals which I think your team should have covered the second one!!!
