Asking for requested documentation in the earlier stages of the process and not on the day of closing. Sending accurate final closing disclosures and not ones with inaccurate information regarding the amount of money needed to close. A willingness to do a great job each and every time and to take responsibility for all actions, rather good or bad.

I am happy that we have closed and sealed the deal. Time frame for responses sent to agent handling loan process was not consistently in a timely manner. For almost a whole month we heard nothing from agent to the point we felt the loan was not being processed. Sent several emails in reguards to silence and received no courtesy responds. I would suggest agents make sure to keep in touch with clients, definitely respond to their emails.

Even though he got us approved, there were some problems, the worst to be would be that is was hard to communicate with him simply because he never answered my phone calls.
