I wasn't informed that if I sale my investment property before closing that would of delay and make the process a living hell. the team I was assigned working from home was working from home and taking care of their kids. I was asked for information over and over by the same person or different person. I was asked to payoff 2 accounts and told that they would be paid at closing, not that I was going to be giving the checks to send the payments. Overall it was the worst experience.

My experience: extremely poor communication and bait-and-switch tactics. I ultimately got what was promised, but only because I was in meticulous of my review of every document and catching every error the very inexperienced loan processor made. I have a lengthy writeup I am sending to Max's manager and posting online.

We had originally gone with a different lender but we were starting to find out she was changing things without letting us know. We decided to call your company and see what you offered. When we originally spoke to Paula the quote and info she provided us was really good and everything seemed to be what we originally wanted and we decided to switch to your company. As time went on things started to change and the week of closing all the numbers completed changed and.. (sorry no more space left).

Larry has been very unprofessional. As well as the assistance. Larry had made this buying a home process a living nightmare. I would not recommend this company to anyone if the service is provided to customer like this. This is not acceptable at all. Your associate needs to be reprimanded asap.

We had a better experience buying our home with Chris than we has refinancing with Lee. It seemed it would be easy since we already had a loan with new american funding but that wasn't the case. There was very little communication until the very end when everything was last minute rush. We also We told last minuet we owed money when in the beginning we were told zero out of pocket expenses. I would never recommend this lender.

I would not refer anyone to NAF. They were so unprofessional and had no sense of time management. They expect you to be able to drop whatever you are doing to get them documents that they need despite them asking extremely last minute. Even while we were signing closing paperwork the title company was still badgering them for forms they still needed.

Rating this experience a “1” is generous. I would’ve given it a “0” if I could. Initially Camille gave “campaign promises” to gain our business. Once assured of our business her whole attitude changed. Thinly veiled sarcasm was the order of the day. She acted as if answering our questions was an inconvenience. On one occasion she outright said she didn’t have time to answer our questions. Further she even said that the title company had “pawned us off on her”. More to say but I’ve run out space.
