It took 8 months to process a simple refinance, what if is buying a house,everyone who handle my loan process was pathetic!

I would not recommend Jimmy or New American Funding. Jimmy had extremely poor communication skills, returning calls and saying “I’m driving right now so I can’t see what you’re talking about.” At several points during the process there were several mistakes that were not caught or fixed. We, as first time home buyer’s, were having to catch mistakes. Nothing was explained to us felt that our questions and concerns were brushed off. Closing paperwork was disorganized and had mistakes as well.

Mi experiencia tratando con los señores Miguel Mouriz y Pedro Ortiz no ha sido la mejor. Teniendo en cuenta que no son la mejor representación para la empresa. Ellos me han ocultado costos, mentido y han querido cambiar el negocio justo el dia de cierre. Entiendo que esta no es la mejor manera de hacer negocios. A lo proximos clientes les digo que busquen otras alternativas, es lamentable que estas persomas tomen ventaja de otras personas.

Matthew was somewhat attentive and communicative. As we completed the refinancing of our home, we started to refinance our second home. The communication was sporadic, until he completely disconnected. After several attempts to reach out to him, via email, text and voice mail, he replied to me know they were having some issues with the loan. Despite the multiple attempts, he never returned any more calls/emails/text. THAT IS DISRESPECTFUL & UNPROFESSIONAL. NEVER BOTHER TO RETURN MESSAGE
