Poor communication. Office said they would email information however they never sent it. Also failed to communicate key rate information and then fell off the map for 3 weeks.

When first starting the application process, Mr Jensen was available and called me to provide updates and information. As I continued to progress, I never received information from Mr Jensen and would occasionally receive email updates from the company to advise me where I was in the loan process. My expectation was a more personal interaction in getting updates first hand from Mr Jensen. He also confused my account with others and would give me info to questions I never asked.

It was hard to reach James in the beginning stages of my loan, to the point where both my realtor and myself were reaching out via phone, email, and text. His team was slow, unorganized, performing the same tasks over and over, and very unprofessional. While the numbers and everything was explained to me in a manner I could understand, it was hard to get that explanation when I needed it, and I felt so out of the loop and nervous during the entire loan process.

Between my wife and I, it was became quite evident I was dealing with Pred 95 - 98% more then necessary. In retrospect, even through "our" pre-qualifying process was extremely complicated, my wife and I both agree Pred interpersonal and / or people skill were extremely lacking. In fact, his attitude toward myself in particular was un-becoming of a true, season professional. He needs to understand that the customer service and respect is priority # 1 NOT his ego.
