New American Funding Reviews

It all felt unprofessional. From taking days between inter communication within departments of the same company. Having those departments not communicating effectively or efficiently causing days and weeks of time wasted. The whole experience was a nightmare. If it hadn’t been for the tough spot we were in with our current living situation, I would of rather started the whole process over with a different lender. Be warned, shop for a different lender who actually cares about your needs.

As I've stated many times, the service from New American is severely lacking. It took almost a year from my initial application until my final processing was complete. I was passed around numerous times to different people and had to submit the same material multiple times. I would not recommend New American to anyone and will vocally suggest they go elsewhere when looking for a lender. This was the worst lending experience I have ever had.

It was a great experience and I definitely recommend to a friend and I also use again.

Would never respond to phone calls in a timely manor. Wanted me change closing date that was already set up. Not as receptive as Bella Folley was who originally started the loan process.

A different lender. Matthew Hansard ran what was supposed to be a conventional loan as a FHA loan and didn’t realize it until it was too late late to switch. And then tried to put the blame elsewhere. This was an unpleasant experience for all parties involved.
