After the experience I endured, unpleasant is an understatement. What would have made this experience enjoyable was actually having someone who was present, supportive and communicative. Communication goes a long way and that was not a priority during this process. What was supposed to get done did not get done, I felt like my contact person for my loan did not care enough to even reach out without me literally having to text, call, email repeatedly. First&last using, would NOT recommend.

It all came down to the communication between her and whoever needed things. the day before closing at 445pm, we got a threatening email that we were not going to close the next day due to them not being able to get in touch with our employers. you wait until 445pm to tell anyone this? and the next day, another email the spouse did not esign something back 2 weeks ago, and he had to go to a fedex, print it out, sign and fax back. Cost him $10.00 to do that, and interrupted his work. no one

Ryan was unable to secure and lock in low qualifying rate and ended with higher rate. Seemed like lack of communication was to hide this fact.

Fueron más de tres personas q atendieron nuestro caso. Cada cual solicitaba diferente información. En determinado momento nos trataron de mentirosos. Fue un proceso bien drenante y cada vez q algo pasaba nos culpaban a nosotros. Nos trataron como a niños pequeños. En adición, porque (como a otros les ha pasado( no nos aseguraron el por ciento del interés de cuando se inició el proceso y cuando se fue a hacer el cierre el mismo había subido y ese fue el que nos dieron? Ustedes son solo pro empes

Didn't get me locked into the rate and costs she offered me. Every time she sent me a quote the rate and costs were not what she offered. She took too long to respond and address my concerns with the quotes and caused me to lose out on 2.7. Now I'm getting a 3.1 and I feel totally cheated.
