Communication was lacking after paperwork was done online and even after apraisal was done. I had to reach out several times to see status of the loan. I called and emailed several times with no reply. This seemed to take a long time to close and the information they asked for was more than any loan I have done in the past. Seemed excessive for this type of loan

CJ did a great job. The underwriters would tell us they had all the info they needed, the next day they would ask for more info. This was the most unpleasant process I have EVER experienced buying a home. In most cases they had all the info needed, if only they would look at what we had sent.

Some issues with document e-signing. Also had some issues with communication with staff members (we had to send the same documents multiple times to different people). Since it was our first time going through the home buying process it would be nice to have had a walk-through to help us understand all of the disclosure documents. Patty's reply's were prompt and was always available when we had questions
