Natalie submitted a GFE at one rate and increased the rate prior to closing. The seasoned escrow agent handling our escrow had never seen anything like it! Our closing was a nightmare and Natalie repeatedly threatened us during the process. Natalie lacks basic business ethics and is not trustworthy in the slightest.

José Marrero completely lacked communication skills and did not advise us on all of our inquiries in a timely manner. Very unprofessional and became an additional source of stress, absolutely awful experience, would not recommend.

Brenda Robinson was our main point of communication and she was a very unprofessional person. She did not communicate things clearly to us, made us give our 30 day notice and made us homeless before she could close the deal. Even after the closing, she is still moving things around without consulting us first. I will never recomend her to anyone.

In the homebuying process, communication is extremely important. I feel NAF failed in that category. Constantly leaving me wondering what was going on and where we were in the process.

Bad communication on what was required. Delayed closing by 3 months because of bad communication. Problem with earnest money form beginning to end. After papers were signed on home, we were put on ignore and no longer received any customer service regarding issues with earnest money.

Communication was awful. “I’ll let you know” almost always resulted in me having to call and ask again. No way to know if she was just incredibly ignorant or predatory, but I don’t recommend ANYONE goes to Nicole for lending. Down payment number changed 4 times in the 4 day’s before closing. Ruined the home buying experience for us. If not for the manager of the office, I’d have given up the house just so she didn’t get any commission.
