First Alma called me Ashley and my husband had to read word for word we qualified for a program while Alma said we didn’t. My husband would have to constantly add me to the text message because Alma never put me on it. I hardly spoke to Alma since i was working and busy although she still needed to include me. Other times she would email and not include our realtor.

Not a good experience at all. My client was very unhappy with the process and lack of clarity on the process. We were lucky to keep this one together until closing.

Very bad experience with Carmen: rude, condescending and unprofessional in correspondence and really dropped the ball in getting me a loan, I have an 814 credit rating. Way too many great choices out there, avoid Carmen if you want to get a loan done.
