My agent tried to get a loan through this bank for a couple that was interested in buying my house. She had contacted Steve and he was doing the loan for them. He specifically told the couple and my agent that he could get them approved for the loan and after he got all the information from them all we had to do was wait for the underwriter to approve the loan and it was sitting on the underwriters desk. After this he had no contact with my agent or the buyers after numerous calls they had made and left him. Come to find out over a month later that he had lied about it being on the underwriters desk the whole time and they were not actually approved. He wasted my time and the buyers time. To top it off we lost out on a house that we were contigent on because we only had a month contigentcy on it since he said they could get approved. He is very unprofessional and I will NEVER recommend this bank to anyone. I'm sorry but you do not lie about this. If he would of been strait forward and said in the first place they were not approved it would of been fine instead of jerking us around the whole time. Be lucky I don't call the BBB about this whole thing!

Our loan officer was Victor Mendoza worst service ever guarantees us and realtor we were approved. Didn't work on our Loan till our closing day. We lost all our money invested in the house. His manager Alberto Guzman covered for him. Worst most rude service ever

Worst experience I’ve ever had. They never answered my texts, calls, emails, they set up meetings they never arrived to, they had me Going nuts for over a year, I gave up on them, picked a home and another lender and was closed in 20 days. If you want a headache this is the place.

DO NOT USE THIS LENDER! ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD! CANDI AT FIRST TOLD US WE WERE DECLINED, THEN THE SAME DAY CALLED US AND SAID WE WERE APPROVED, AND AN ENTIRE MONTH LATER, AFTER WE HAD ALREADY SIGNED FOR OUR HOUSE AND PUT MONEY DOWN FOR OUR LOT, TOLD US THAT WE WERE DENIED AGAIN. IN OUR INITIAL VISIT CANDI ADVISED MY FIANCE TO PAY AN OLD DEBT THAT WAS NOT EVEN AFFECTING HIS SCORE, AND IN DOING SO IT IS NOW AFFECTING HIM VERY BADLY. THESE PEOPLE ARE CLUELESS. EVERY OTHER LENDER/ CREDIT ADVISOR WE HAVE SPOKEN TO HAS ASKED US WHY ON EARTH ANYONE WOULD TELL HIM TO PAY THAT DEBT OFF WHEN IT WAS ALMOST COMING OFF OF HIS CREDIT REPORT. WE ARE GETTING OUR HOUSE, NO THANKS TO CANDI AND WHOMEVER HER MANAGER IS WHO ADVISED HER.

Ivory Denise Contreras is the most laziest person to deal with. Dont deal with her!!

Terrible company! If you expect a consultant to return calls and be professional please do yourself a favor and choose another company!!
