Moe did pretty good up until the handoff to Jourdan. then the communication pretty much stopped. We didn't know if we were ready for closing until I reached out to ask the week of, then they "needed more documents". We got the closing costs finalized only the day before closing. Cut it to close for comfort.

Melvin was fine. No one else was. Could get a hold of anyone and numbers changed and we were told certain papers would work then they didn’t which caused our closing date to change. I will never use New American Funding again and I won’t recommend it either
