Very poor job from underwritting and title company, representative misleading coments against closing notary, Patrick did a very good job but not Latoya pharham, I have evidence, not just talking Oit of my mind.

The amount of time reviewing final closing docs took too long. I've worked with other lenders that had documentation ready weeks before closing date.

Consistency and most importantly a better loan processor. Jane and Matt did what they could to make the experience as best as possible. Jodie Foster made this process the worst experience ever.

This time around communication was not as before. Things felt disorganized. The loan was processed easily but my overall experience was not the same as my home refinance with yal.

Communication to be kept informed. Had to resend items 2 to 3 times because it was not placed in the file. Overall William was very nice in our encounters but we did not have a good experience with the over all Communication and process.

The communication was not great last minute notification for documentation at the end of the work day 4:30 pm - 5:00 pm not good for clients. Again last minute notification for significant information such as being a month into the refinance and our credit report has been pulled at least 3 times prior before being notified that the we have to resolve a credit report dispute with all 3 credit bureaus which could have been done at the very beginning of the refinance to resolve any last minute delays. The hard inquiries that were placed on our credit report is another issue when we were told by the mortgage companies research team they would be soft inquires.
