If I didn't have to send the same exact paperwork a million times the process would have went quicker. I missed out on lower interest rates because one minute I was approved for loan then the next day I need more information to get approved or the same information that was sent prior.

The entire process was beyond stressful and unexpected. I wasn’t given a “what to expect “ introduction in the beginning. Nissa is wonderful and extremely pleasant, the process is what is not memorable.

I received emails from several individuals instead of dealing with one person as I had before in Georgia when working with New American. I had to resend documents several times that I had already sent. Jared was late to closing.

My reasons for wanting to purchase a new home should not have mattered in the lending process especially since the reason I had to write a letter was because the underwriter wanted to be sure I was going to use the purchased home as my primary residence when there are deed restrictions on the property that state that it only to be used as the primary residence. Also the lending company does no research into the area or they would have known I would never have rented out the purchased property in comparison to the house I was living in. Anthony parson himself was good to work with other than the time difference. But my over all experience made me regret not going with a local lender. I would not recommend to my family and friends in fact I would strongly encourage my family and friends to pick a lender and underwriting team from the area that understands the community in which we live in.
