Very disappointed especially having a positive experience a few months earlier. Never talked to Craig during the process even after leaving a voice mail that he did not respond too. Once we started having some problems I had several calls and emails to Ron Darko that were not responded to. My clients had several surprises including closing cost about $3000 more than expected. Another surprise was requirement to wire funds for closing in the total amount of gift check. Not enough room to finish.

Our experience could have gone smoother. There was several times we had to sign the same forms. It seemed that we had to push him to get things completed.

Tish was the saving grace of this transaction. Everything else was lack luster and subpar to a level of being surreal.

It took almost 3 months to close. It took almost two to even find out if we were approved. The lack of communication was horrible. Had a difficult time having anyone get back to me. Seemed like I had to keep repeating myself to everyone as there where multiple people involved in this loan. The day of close, had my loan wrong. My mtg payment ended up being a lot higher than told. Ended up signing loan docs past midnight because the loan had to close that day. Horrible experience.

Despite an email he sent stating he would call me, he never did. There were many errors on the initial disclosures that would have never occurred had he picked up the phone. I had an issue with my interest rate and he informed me he would talk to my loan officer, but even after a week, never did. Terrible service and not something you want to deal with having such a sensitive time line for home purchases.
