I only talked to her the day of closing and she took probably the main reason I came there Way when she fired Brittany brooks she has amazing customer service and knows how to keep people calm and happy. But firing someone just days before her customer closing is a little weird and if it had not been for her keeping me calm I would have finished my closing with another closing . You have truly lost an exceptional person

Nichole NEVER answered her phone and barely responded to emails. She was very rude when I would call her out on these items. Her team helped make the process a little easier. But for me buying my first home I couldn’t wait to be done with this process and stop dealing with her. From the very beginning all the way to the end. I didn’t so much as get a email from her saying congratulations. I felt like just another number and not treated like a human being with questions and concerns. terrible!

New American funding is the worst company to work with. Chris Marr and his team miscalculated our income by 15 THOUSAND dollars, and told us we were going to have to come up with $5500 with ONE MONTH for closing left. Now, New American Funding is saying that the Escrow Account that we pay into monthly Doesn’t exist, and is threatening to drop our home insurance if we don’t pay $400 in TWO DAYS. DO NOT USE THEM unless you have a ton of money to produce on demand for them because apparently that’s how that works.

Verbal communication would have been great, as most people don't close on houses everyday, and don't know how the process works. Instead of sending unprofessional texts, and email. Ranging from calling my realtor an "Idiot" in a text message, to sending a hurtful email to my wife, who was only trying to help. When I tried call Chris Marr he didn't answer my call, so I called customer service to see what was going on with my closing. Chris sent me a text saying I was making him look bad.

I called Craig Several times and even left voicemails, he never returned any calls...i had to call New Americans big office to get business handled
