Our first loan consultant was Michael McGhee. He was amazing! He worked with us for a couple of months answering every single question that I had completely and quickly. I am so thankful for him. I would not have understood nearly as much in the loan process without Michael. Jonathan was fine, but he did not answer emails or texts. That was frustrating when I needed to know answers. Elisa, our loan officer, was also fantastic! She answered multiple emails and phone calls from me. I was thankful for her guidance through the loan process.

I had 3 different advisors on my file, and received different information regarding my loan, details on expenses, etc. In the end, I had very little confidence in the information I was receiving, which is not an indictment to Riana personally, just the differences between everyone who worked my file I guess. I got all the information I needed at the actual closing appointment.

Better communication would have been great. A list of everything that was going to be needed upfront, so we could find all the documents we needed and get them sent at once. Also, getting calls, emails, and texts back on the day we reach out or by the next day at the least. Last, when our loan person went on a hiatus we didn't find out until I had to send her an email about something. We should have been notified before she left for an extended period of time and told who our new person would be, so there would be no confusion. It just overall did not feel like a very professional experience or a very experienced business. I would not want to use you again if I could avoid it. I do have to say everyone was nice.
