I do not feel the gentleman we worked with was properly informed of information regarding mortgages. I really can't find fault with him delivering incorrect information. He was very nice and kind. Having said that, the company is lacking in communication skills. I feel that his employer would benefit from accurate training for their employees, so they may be able to deliver CORRECT information. We all do jobs for someone else....the folks that are handing us a paycheck need to take responsibility for making certain their employees are properly informed. In my opinion, the responsibility falls on the management team for lack of training their employees. Mr. Cook, you did good job!

Yoshi assured me many times that the loan and escrow will close smoothly within 30 days, but the loan documents were not ready until the morning of day before escrow closing date. Yoshi made many excuses blaming other parties for the delay and that made me very sad and disappointing. Not very professional as he claimed he was.

I feel the lender needs to be more personable with their clients and realtor and explain thoroughly the process and give more explanation of any issues. Communication is very important here with all parties!

Time difference was horrible texting proof was horrible just overall texting communication sucks face to face for me would been better cause we have no service I. This town!! Not bens fault but e-mails sure do come through when you guys need something from me.

Matt was responsive and personable through email, however I did not have any interaction with him outside of email correspondence. I think my experience would have been better if it felt a little more personalized.
