Need to be better communication between the loan officers. Need to tell people in more advance than the last 3 days. The process and what you need and what needs to be done before and after need to be explained at the beginning. Example. Tax’s need to ne paid. Like I said earlier Tracey and Peter didn’t know what was going on a lot of time and things was said that wasn’t true. COMMUNICATION NEED TO BE WAY BETTER . Example. One would say something about we got everything and the other would say we need this and that. Just confusing and aggravating. But most importantly we did get it done. But it could have went way smoother than it did.

Not waiting to the last minute and say we need this when you think everything is about to finish, to have better organization, This Refi took 2 months that’s too long and almost wanted to cancel and sorry for writing this but that’s how I feel. Be completely transparent about the funding process. Be accurate before sending documents with wrong figures. Actually advocate for the client versus concerned for making the sale with the realtor. Don't email after hours when no one can be reached with questions until the next day. Be more professional with customer service.
