Highly reccomend Brandon, he did a fantastic job securing the loan and securing all necessary documents from both myself and other sources. Did have hiccups in the end causing my closing to be delayed twice and finally closing on the third attempt. Company will not stay past 5pm to get things done which often left my realtor, lawyer, and sellers agent hanging for answers last minute. Aside from that, I realize closings can be messy but this just felt sloppy.

Throughout the process, there were numerous occasions where communication was done via the phone with limited follow through in official documents and written communication - eventually resulting in mismatches towards the end of the process, using the lack of documentation and the timelines against me to force into a cornered decision.

We have had better service elsewhere. He was competent and got the work done. His emails are very lengthy and could be shorter and to the point. They were confusing with so much language mixed into the details. Sometimes it would have been better to make a 30 second phone call.
