I bought a 120 day lock and called 60 & 45 days in advance to see if I could buy down and was told I couldn’t. 3 weeks before closing the team seemed to be unaware. 10 days before closing I was told I could buy down which is great and all except it cost $900. I wish I could have bought down 4-5 weeks before and gotten a better interest rate.

We had to do a lot of calling and emailing to get information. It seemed like the team members never knew what was going on, only Chris did, but, he was often unavailable. Had the communication been better everything would have been perfect. They were professional and courteous during interactions.

Chris Drexler's team was great besides a few members. Early in the process it was difficult to contact someone. As time progressed monthly email updates were sent out which was great. Chris did mention a lower interest rate than the one I actually received. The loan processor was terrible! I felt she was aggravating the process and I didn't receive the best loan possible. I dealt with another team with poor results within this company. My agent recommended Chris and his team got it done.

Make sure that all information is shared with customer thoroughly and ensure that all of their questions are answered in a timely manner. Response time for returning customer calls could be better.

I would ask questions through email and would not receive a response. I was asked for information that was already submitted to the personal portal provided by the company. Maybe too many clients and the associates forget who they are dealing with, which confirms that you are not a valued client.
