Delays with loan processing (loan review), technical and timing during the loan process was challenging, particularly because we were responsive with providing requested documents. However, we were able to close on our home which was great. We worked more closely with Vanna Nazaryan who did very well to move things along.

I was given an estimate and it ended up being $6000 more and I was told I did not need to turn off my auto draw for my previous mortgage with you and then you took $2000 out of my bank account that I am still fighting to get back

The process started well but then became very confusing after starting to receive information from multiple assistants or entities regarding the loan. It seemed like everyone was trying to help but no one knew the correct answer. For example, we were told we were missing documents by assistants but later confirmed that Tabitha had already received them. I personally had to contact over ten individual military units and the VA in order to finally get my VA loan approval. My interest rate and mortgage were quoted lower than what I was actually locked in for. Over a phone call I was provided with the final mortgage to findout later it didn’t include taxes and other fees which raised the actual number by a good amount. I do feel like everyone means well but overall felt like communication was lacking between staff. Overall, Im not dissatisfied, I just wanted to pass on the feedback. I am looking forward to seeing how smooth the process is of making my mortgage payments and refinancing in the future.
