I felt not as much communication as wanted. I called to ask most things. Since it was doublewide no one told me had to have title turned into real property til 2 days before suppose to close so had to run to dmv to get done

Brittani did email constant to keep me up to date.and replied too all my emails. I was not notified of different loan amount. I felt she did not hear what I was saying until I asked her to focus. There was a lot of bad things that happened to make this a horrible experience w the company which is why I would not recommend anyone. Brittani however remains in contact w me and I didn't feel alone in the process. She's good at getting things organized and helpful in all areas if the process. Brittani Thank you.

Lucy was great as far as getting on top of getting everything for the loan to get approved and she did it fast. She's good at what she does, however she forgets that we were first time homebuyers and left us VERY confused through alot of the process. If it hadn't been for my realtor I really wouldn't have known what I do. I just think in order for me to recommend her it would be to someone who has already been through buying a home because I would NEVER recommend a first time home buyer to her. It's confusing enough as it is.

Communication promotes a smooth closing which unfortunately we did not receive from this Aspen. As the selling agent, I was notified by the buyer’s agent of a lien that was “not allowed” due to FHA regulations the day before closing. Had I been made aware early on- I could have advised my client accordingly to ensure an on time closing. Seller was extremely inconvenienced due to the lack of communication on this matter and had to remediate this in a short timeframe. Closing was delayed 7 days and many times we could not get a straight answer when asking for an update from the lender.

i know you guys were probably business with tons of loans but the communication was not good. i would have to email weekly asking if you need anything else from us.

The rate was great and the technology was good. Having spent 20 years in the industry I felt that the communication could have been way better. There were weeks on end when we heard nothing. A weekly status report would have been nice
