More disclosure of the costs. More contact from Drew rather than delegating everything. The only thing I got from Drew was form emails. Less confusion on status. More confidence that the rate was actually a good rate. More coordination between the members of his team.

I was happy until I came home yesterday to find that the payoff checks sitting in my driveway, I had discussed 20 or more times that the title company will make the payoff direct to the lender due. I would not need to do anything else. This was misleading and upsetting and contradicted my conversations with the loan officer. 2nd it cost me additional 60 dollars to send the checks out overnight, if I did not overnight them I would accrue additional cost past the payoff date. NAF did not meet my expectations. and I felt mislead. Communication was great during the application process to gain my business which is expected. However when I want to have conversations about the processes and loan details I have an issue Its was hard to get a return call to discuss, I left messages and e-mails. When going through this transaction I expected prompt discussion to take place as needed. NAF did not meet my expectations. I still have not received a reply nor phone call requested about issues I have questions about the checks set to me instead of the lenders, additional cost accrued, was there a tax lien on my property! NAF did not meet my expectations. Johnathan is a nice person we got along fine, suggestion respond to every detail so you will have them covered. Direct customer communication to discuss any detail pleasant or un-pleasant. I closed on 12-29-2023 it is funny that small details come back to bite ya.
