Ron seems very knowledgeable however, there were two occasions right at the time my clients were supposed to receive loan docs and get ready to close where the underwriter needed something at the last minute. Both items should have been noticed and requested long before. One being a termite report item ... when they had the report for awhile , the other being the way an addendum was written - again , they had it for awhile. A great processor would have taken care of these red flags.

I am the real estate agent in the transaction. The transaction was delayed because of a title issue that locally we could have easily resolved, however was not communicated with us through the lender. We asked the lender multiple times if they had everything they need and were told we were good. Then at closing time, this was not the case. I feel that establishing a better relationship with this lender would be important in avoiding these types of situations in the future. As a highly experienced real estate agents, there are very few circumstances that I have not encountered and been able to work through. Finding out about them at the last minute is the rub. I am not sure that Jordan was the direct cause of this, more than likely just process or systems that failed, but it did cause a lot of stress on the buyer who was desperately trying to get out of a hotel and into her house. Collectively, we can do better as the team the buyer deserves to have a pleasant experience. The communication goes both ways and I am not to say that we have no fault at my brokerage. We need more than one transaction to establish this relationship.

This was just a tough file that went down to the last minute closing. Shawn seemed to be doing all he could but we had to extend closing and barely made the extension.

Lack of communication.....no callbacks....I was in the dark until the bitter end.....but yes you guys got me in my home; for that I can't thank you enough....the process was not pleasant at all

Amber was really great, easy to talk to on the phone and mostly throughout the process, however, when I locked the rate for 30 days, common sense told me I’d get the current interest rate once expired. I believe it was Amber’s due diligence and responsibility to explain to me, the customer, how rate lock policy works with New America Funding during our conversations before I locked the rate instead of explaining to me the day before closing. If Amber had explained to me how the policy works, 100% I would not have locked the rate. New American provides a service to their customers and that mean they have the responsibility to explain everything during the loan process, not leaving out crucial information that negatively and monetarily hurts the customer, while monetarily impacting New American Funding in a positive way. Like I said I think Amber is a very nice person and perhaps she simply forgot to explain the details of rate locking,To make this right between me and New American Funding, I believe I should be give the current rate on my loan type. That would be doing what is right for the customer and doing the right thing.
