I need to clairfy... My experience with Shawna Panter was not bad. I had very little contact with her. Early on, Ms. Panter went on a vacation (I believe). During that time, her supervisor, Bobby Lee handled the file. He took very good care! as always there are little "hiccups" that arrise when you get close to closing, when one did, the night before closing time, Mr Lee was only a phone call away and was very informative and reasuring in addressing it. I'm sure if Mrs Panter was the initial contact that I was able to speak with, she would have handled herself in the same manor. I felt I could only use the "middle of the road" assessment for her because I had had minimal contact with her. I hope that clarifys the score. Thank you.

The process was way too long. Then I was made to feel it was my fault . Being told if this isn't done by X day you will have to start all over . I was also not told in the beginning I would have to pay for the appraisal out of pocket, I thought it would be rolled into the loan . I wasnt made aware of everything needed at one time, it was piece milled. Then was told we couldn't ask the underwriter if they would accept a document, we needed to have everything first .

This was not all on Jacob but it took way too long to get this to closing. I'm not sure why the team that was responsible for the buyers account did not get it pushed through and it took almost 6 weeks past orginal closing date to get it done. I know and understand that this was not completely on Jacob. Sometimes it takes a village and obviously his village did not step up to help. However, it is finally done and hopefully if any of my buyers choose your company in the future it will be a much smoother transaction. On closing day, some crutial information had been left off to pay off a creditor. That information had been submitted on 6/19 by the seller but someone failed to get it into the closing documents. It caused quite a scramble at the closing table but the problem was found and solved. Sad that no one caught it till then. I had better response and faster closings during Covid.
