Jason was nice, however his staff seem to lack organization and it showed on the unexpected delays and unnecessary stress. I had to send several of the same documents multiple times after asking what are the necessary paperwork needed and it seems their response time was slow as they ask for one document per day and reply on the next day, asking for another document, delaying for another day. It is very interesting how I had to advocate for myself to get the best interest rates, reiterate my benefits and keep asking for updates each day to ask for confirmation if the documents were received. I have bought two properties before and it went smoothly, this is the first time that I paid for closing costs, and felt that I was vaguely reassured at many things when it seems the requests for documents kept trickling in when we could have closed earlier. One thing I am thankful for is that Jason had plenty of points of contact and resources. Thank you so much!

Phone calls and emails not returned, asked for something to be sent to me four times, very last minute problems around 4:45 at the end of the day with a sense of last minute urgency was common and stressful. But these were all with the other people involved. Jason was pleasant and answered all our questions. Final escrow payoff was sent to me in a check when it should have been sent to the bank to pay off a loan— this was messy— took me hours to straighten out, and Jason never got back to me in it.

Camille was great, personable and consistent. The process needs to be more clearly defined and you need to understand people don't read all the things on your overwhelming website. The company you use to "Inspect" homes is a rip off and lack communication. There should be a scale to the amount of work not one base fee(more work on a 6 bdr home than a 4 room condo we felt ripped off and left out to dry). The other people who start emailing you should be introduced in this age of lies and deceit. Fees got spiked to "maintain" my ridiculous % because it took longer than expected. This is not customer friendly. Other than speaking with Camille on the phone felt like a number not a person.
