Communication was quick and clear via text message facilitating busy lifestyles. The closing disclosure documentation did have some errors at the beginning which were eventually fixed by the time of closing but it would have been better to have this ironed out before that day. Before the closing date we did get a call from a concierge to help us transfer utilities but it ended up being a sales pitch for a security company and the communications which we were not interested at all (and not in our best interest). The sales pitch was very persistent and tried to appeal to fear (which is not a nice thing to induce before buying a home) and we were very busy so we did not appreciate spending almost an hour on the phone when we were able to get everything done on our own with the utilities and prices we were comfortable with. Ultimately, everything worked out and the property was funded in our terms but we did have to be clinical about the details of everything and being firm with our intents to protect our interests.

Stay tuned....for the update started out great Re fi loan funded however no communication on how disbursements were to be paid and by whom. **UPDATE** READ your documents It is "our"responsibility to do so it clearly states checks will be made out to creditors for disbursement.That said I still feel they could have verbally instructed what would take place after "funding" of Loan.So I accept partial fault just felt communication could have been a bit better...Fair enough.Megan and Stephanie Got the process through for Us.Mr Rapp was helpful as well.

Deliver product in timely manner so the customer doesn't have to pay more and when the delay is not the customers fault, they shouldn't be responsible to pay more. Prompt vendors to keep timeline on point. I am very disappointed in the service I received. I am also disappointed that person's that emailed me asking me to contact them if I had issues, didn't respond to my concerns.

I felt I had to resist being upsold on a higher rate and on a rush appraisal. If I were new to the mortgage process I think I would have been scared into paying to much. I felt like I had to trouble shoot too much of the process on my own to end up with the desired results. I didn't feel like I really had an advocate who was pushing on my behalf. Overall the Chuchill online platform, document handling, esignatures, ect is very good. The support teams were also responsive and helpful.

Communication was difficult and inconsistent. I often had trouble reaching the appropriate contact and felt spoken to in a rude, controlling manner at times. There were document errors and incorrect information provided, which caused confusion and unnecessary delays. The delays were due to issues on their end, not mine.
