I felt like there was a lack of communication, there was a large disconnect of understanding the process and getting the buyer to the closing table - I am not entirely sure if it was Kyle or his processor but either way it was difficult to get direction and responses in a timely manner.

Fenix was very nice and returned emails, but there were some stressful moments throughout this transaction that I feel could have been managed better. My clients sent an email on December 23rd that they wanted to change their downpayment amount, but when they received the final CD the original down payment amount was still showing. We were then told 3 days before closing that if the amount was changed everything would have to go through underwriting again. It created a lot of unneccessary stress. Thankfully it was worked out, but it was a situation that could have been avoided. I believe as Fenix is trained and gains more experience he will do very well in this role.

Details were provided to lender in their feedback request. Several issues before the file finally closed (which took over 3 months)

I finally got approved for my loan, which is a positive ! Everyone at NWF was pleasant throughout the process...another positive. But I had to verify info 2 or 3 times with help from my bankers, from employers and send details about my down payment multiple times. I felt that I was on trial and was guilty before proving my innocence ! I received multiple comments and complaints from my bankers, employers , so much that people were getting angry at me for trying to get this loan ! Somebody at NAF wanted to pick my life apart...Not a pleasant experience. I gained a loan , but now I am the guy that was a pain in *#s calling with his mortgage company at all my local banking level.

Loan agent was responsive and straight forward, but the backend was sloppy and misleading. My docs that showed up on the day of signing were different than what had been shared throughout the process. I refinanced and at the last minute with out my knowledge they included three other credit cards to payoff, even though they did not affect my ratio's AND I had already paid them off. What they do on the backend is not transparent, as my loan officer was not even aware.

The process took longer than I expected. There was a whole issue with a pay off my daughter did on her car. It was just one thing after another. I understand this is government money. But the fact that we kept going round and round about providing proof of how the car was paid off. Was a head ache it itself. I was way to invested in this already if I would know it was gonna be such a hassle I would of waited another month for my credit score to in crease and my daughter's car to show paid off. I litterly was to the point that I wanted to cancel everything.. I am still waiting for 3 payments to ne paid off after the closing.

Called to ask me about a home equity loan told me they where only doing a soft credit pull which in fact was a hard credit pull so now it dropped my credit score and they will be on credit report for two years. Lowest they could do was 50k and wanted me to do a 30 year loan , no thank you I can get half with shorter term thru bank
