There were many communication missteps along the way with coordinating documents through the system portal often delaying timely execution of the documents . There was not a sense of urgency that I would have expected to get the loan documents ready and shipped to us for signature. Although we managed to get them in just under the wire, we felt there was a risk of impacting closing

Bryan was good at communicating in the beginning, in fact midway through. The problem was the day before and the day of closing. I asked for final numbers for the buyer to bring to closing. Was told it was in "funding". At 4:18 the day before closing I was told that the attorney would have the package in 20 to 30 minutes--too late for the buyer to get his funds. He wired an amount over the estimate. The next morning, still no package. Our closing was delayed. We did close that day, but because the seller could not close on his next property and move until we closed, we were set back an entire day and it caused much stress. We started this process in Feb with a closing the end of April. There is a time difference for your processing and funding department as we are on the east coast, but the package should have been sent. Bryan told us that all was in order the day before....it was not.

Better comumication. I figure six weeks in and I send what's needed I would figure that should have been quick from there. Yet it took four more weeks??? What the heck was going on. no communication till I screamed for it. Verry stressful thinking you have it in tha bag and have to keep waiting.

My experience was that there was not good communication from person to person on the file. I never knew who to follow up with to see where the file was at and what we were waiting on. It started out great with Scott Barry then went downHill, As an agent it is very frustrating to be waiting on a closing statement the day of closing with no chance to preview beforr the buyer starts signing. Then it is so late in the day and the closing time gets moved back 3-hours then the loan doesn't get funding. So everyone got to wait a weekend for dispursement.

Better communicatio especially at the beginning when there was uncertainty with the loan. Better communication with the LO and customer. More education from the LO to the customer.
