The in person experience was very pleasant, but there were some issues with confirming certain info about the loan qualifications that had been neglected and came to our attention much later. This was my first experience with a loan and I don't have much to compare it to so please take my opinion lightly.

The process was not as simple as I was lead to believe and not just from mr Singh. Being emailed or called at last minute to sign documents and send them back when closing attorney was coming on that day . I was not impressed at all by how this process was handled.

Although the process moved very quickly (we did our best to turn around requested info asap and sign e-docs immediately) there was more info we wished would have been shared along the way. There were multiple reps used during the process instead of a single source for communication. Errors were made in the process that required multiple visits to the office.
