Several times I would have to seek you guys out for information and I would get “let me grab your file and get back to you” and would not receive a call back. Also when documents were requested I would send them over immediately but yet they wouldn’t be passed over to whatever department needed them until the next day or 2 essentially wasting those days that the documents would just be sitting there. I understand a lot of work went into my refinance but those 2 things really stuck out for me
