Great rates. Had many questions over the course of the process and didn't really get many straight answers. Most often it took multiple follow ups to get a response. Often asked questions on email and received answers via phone calls at random times during the day. People want concrete answers on email for paper trail in case we forget. Ironically, when something was needed from me, it was a high urgency / 'need it asap' situation. But in the end, it all worked out just fine, so that's good!

Ultimately our loan funded and for the hard work that went into that we are thankful. Our primary issue was the lack of organization and understanding of our particular situation (despite having reiterated it). Michael is a nice guy and was always courteous but seemed inexperienced in some areas and couldn’t anticipate all that would be required by the underwriter, causing delays in the process. Less complicated loans may be different. We are happy we were able to get our home in the end.
