Terrible experience, poor communication, major oversights made left and right that made the home buying experience pretty miserable and having to switch lenders.

My husband and I called Chris to help us with a mortgage. We knew it would be tight because we had some debt that needed paid off. He NEVER called us on the phone. It was ALL done online. We are not experienced at all with buying a home. We needed someone to help us and show us which debt to pay off. He ran our numbers and we NEVER heard from him again. He refused to help us figure out what we needed to pay off. Unfortunate for him because we actually had the cash to pay off more than half of what our debt was. We went with a different broker. Her name is Bobby Brown, she is out of Canton. Don't waste your time with this "branch manager", he clearly doesn't WANT to do his job.

Rae was good. She handled my customer with a professional and timely diligence. I will use her in the future and have just sent her another customer. Our closing was a triple domino closing. My customers Sale of Home and Purchase of New Home represented the first two portions of the domino. Our closing timing and funding was very important to insure the last piece, to take place. Rae managed the other components and met all deadlines with NO DRAMA... She was available and complete at all times..

Very unprofessional and runs your credit without your permission. They started a bogus loan origination with property status TBD and a random number of $65,000. This was AFTER an email stating NOT to run credit. Six months of being strung along and $3500 of unrecoupable funds and no home. Closing was pushed over and over and their communication was extremely poor. The loan officer was so unprofessional she actually sent me an email making fun of the way our HUD consultant spoke! I do not recommend them and I will tell all my friends and family to run far and fast from this lender. They are ridiculously unprofessional. My new lender is so opposite and I see the professionalism that NAF failed to present time and time again. Beware of this company.

After pulling my credit (ding-credit score dropped a couple points) and having me wait a couple weeks during a crunch time, I didn't hear anything back from her. Then after several calls and a couple weeks passing I finally hear back from her to tell me she wasn't going to be able to service me because of personal reasons. She is a nice person, however, dropping the ball is not good business practices. A follow-up call is a must even if you can't help for whatever reason. I do wish her the best and hope this feedback will be taken positively and help add room for her professional growth.
