It's very hard to be personable with anybody in this market. Heath did a fine job with what he had. Good buyer in this transaction was very confused and noncommittal 2 the programs and was constantly changing her mind. I don't blame Heath for that. Communication is the key to all transactions.

Individually, Wes was fine to work with. But once the app moved to underwriting, there was a communication breakdown it seemed. Maybe having a more organized method of collecting the documents would've made it a bit easier on both myself and the team. With the dozens of emails I was receiving, the documents and important information was getting lost in my inbox.
