I would rate Joanna as doing a good but not great job. I felt too often I was reaching out to get updates and at times I’d get a response that wasn’t addressing the direct question I was asking. On the plus side there is no question Joanna is a very knowledgeable Loan Officer. The constructive criticism would be that attention to detail from a customer service perspective could definitely be improved. Finally the overall process just simply took too long.

All was well until 5 days from close and I found out the loan was suspended.... This is information I would like to know earlier, So I can prepare the seller and the buyer for the delay.
