Jill and her team were great. The apprasier was an issue and very unprofessional. He did not get the appraisal back within the time allotted because his power went out and he did not tell anyone until the 11th hour.

I worked with Matt and Melissa Cervantes. Matt was very patient and was very responsive during pre-sales. I noticed responsiveness reduced after we entered into contract. I felt Matt was not fully on top of things. Most of the time - I had to provide same document multiple times. Mortgage rate was also revised after it was locked.On good side, Matt and Mellisa were able to close the loan in 18 days. It was great help for me.Overall, I feel company can make loan process more automated and simple.

Abraham and lenna were great. I assumed that when new American said they service their own loans that they did everything. I found out late that there was a separate closing company that I would have to pay escrow and they did not handle the process of paying creditors well. It would have been nice to have known about them sooner

My buyer wasn't informed until the day before closing that she would not be able to wire money without being there in person, and she is located out of state. This is something she should have been informed long in advance so she could plan accordingly. This almost delayed her closing. Other that this, Ben was very responsive and helpful.
