When I was handed to Maureen, I was surprised at the requests for certain forms that did not apply to me. Despite previously telling Chris about what tax forms were filed by my business and how my business was set up, Maureen didn't seem to understand what was necessary or relevant for an S-Corp versus an LLC. I felt like I had to keep explaining myself again and again.

Better communication. The documents and numbers sent to me before signing were much less than those received at signing. A $200/month higher payment at closing. No communication of this change was made and caused some stress at signing.

More communication wit Chris I didn’t understand why I was getting calls to send documents then sending them n being told they weren’t received I had sent to Chris I just got confused n overwhelmed with what to do next

Better communication as to the length of time it would take to process the refinance. It probably was an unusual time with an extreme amount of refinance and new loans as rates were do low. The underwriter Leanne was very helpful and responded timely. I like Chris he was helpful and gave good advice. Just very hard to reach to get status or a realistic expectation of how long the process was.

Chris was great to work with. However, it took almost 6 months to complete the refinance with little communication on why or what was going on. Not necessarily a reflection on Chris, but it was very unpleasant dealing with the multiple processors and it should not have taken as long as it did. When I did email responses took 2 weeks, again not to Chris but to processors. I had to multiple times send the same documents. Then when there was finely a light at the end of the tunnel send even more.

Overall, Chris provided excellent service at the beginning, but he was hard to reach towards the end of the process.
