Communication was horrible. The run around was ridiculous. Ignore calls and then sends texts instead of using the phone to make a call. His boss was called and he never even bothered to return my call. I will never use them again or refer anyone to this business!!

I was told I could have a loan on my own and could buy a $200+ house on my own. 6 weeks later I had to add my husband to get the loan! Very cruel way of doing business. Said I was preapproved! Really! I could say so much more but will not.

Please do the Real Estate community a favor and strip Roberts lending license from him. I have nothing personal against Robert however, everyone on this file (Escrow, Buyer, Tc and I) all agree that his lack of communication and knowledge helped turn a "21 day escrow" into a 60+ day. I have text and email records to prove his incompetence and blatant lack of communication. I can't remember how many times, my daughter called me asking for advice. Can't forget how many times doing resigning paperwork. Held off on closing 3 weeks later. I'm very disappointed in your actions on taking care of a lot of problems with paperwork, underwriting, and the bank, just to mention other issues.

There were numerous road blocks during the purchasing process of this home. Initially, the appraisal was postponed without my consent after the inspection negotiations took a few days. Then the appraisal was not rescheduled reasonably. Then they were still asking me for financial documents from me and my accountant on the last days before closing, in the middle of tax season. Fortunately, I was able to accomodate their requests, but overall seemed unprepared and disorganized.
