Shane communicated and always responded. It was the processor that had either misplaced stuff for our file, asked for the same information more than once, and wasn't timely on responding. As a matter of fact my husband and I both left her phone messages and she never returned either of our messages. If the processor was as thorough as Shane it would have went a whole lot smoother.

At the beginning of the process Phillip was very communicative about the process, somewhere towards the middle and end there was lack of communication and miscommunication between the Loan Processor and him. It seemed he was not following the thread of emails. I was not informed that I would be charged for a point extra.
