Quin is very hard to get in touch with , specially when you need him , he dose not answer that call mostly at all , and as well for the txt msg , he is not aware about the market states and rates, he is not accurate about the rates, he is very poor in following up regarding the appraisal, he is no a proactive, full of negative surprises, always has an excuses about the POOOOOOOR communication, As per the marketing science the positive word of mouth spread out to 4 people, the negative spread to 25 People, so every one in this deal , me , realtors and sellers had a hard time because of Quin un responsibility, so you can imagine how dose he destroying his company image I HAVE NO IDEA HOW HE IS AN AREA MANAGER

Aaron needs to learn communication skills, when issues are of an urgent matter he needs to call the client vs. leaving an email. Especially when something is holding up a closing. And then when he is finally reached over the phone he should not scream at clients. Further, he then should not blame the client for a document that was requested 10 days prior that the client obviously missed, for delaying the closing. This is my 4th and last mortgage with DK

Communication was poor at best. I have a lot of questions that went unanswered and are still unanswered. The team was delayed with the closing sheet--needed for me to wire the correct funds. The escrow amount changed 3 times. How can my taxes and insurance change 3 times in 3 weeks?? Still unsure when my previous mortgage is being payed off. I closed on Feb 22nd and still have my mortgage with Wells Fargo on March 3!

I left Craig two voicemails to call me. He never responded, I find that troubling. We had to supply documents several times over repeatedly. I’ve done several closing before, this one was not the best experience.

From the start, communication was lacking and sometimes chaotic and last minute. Craig missed the day in business school where they taught us NEVER ASSUME ANYTHING. Craig's communication was mostly demeaning and derogatory. His assistant, Tracie, asked for the same documents multiple times. This loan was brokered to some far flung credit union that was still trying to verify our employment while we were sitting at the closing table. Nice choice of lender there. Phone calls were unanswered, messages unreturned. So we were left with lengthy email chains. With so many people included in the emails, it seemed to always be a tangled mess of communication. I've been in a customer facing sales position for 30 years. I certainly would never consider conducting business they way Craig does. Our loan was not particularly complex, but it became a nightmare because of his constant assumptions and lack of customer discovery. My attorney said it was one of the worst experiences he's had in 50 years. That says something. I would not recommend your firm or Craig Achtzehn to anyone. In fact, I plan to write reviews everywhere I can to warn others.

Throughout this process I received little to NO communication despite my emails, voicemails, and texts. My closing was scheduled for 1:30 but the closing package wasn't ready and I never received any message from Jeff telling me not to waste my time by going to the title company, even though I left him and his partner messages. My loan docs were completely screwed up including escrow amounts and the amount of cash to close and when I inquired about this, once again, NO call!

I’m sorry to say this was a horrible experience. We showed up for our closing with two small children, a Uhaul and my parents to be told that the documents had not been sent over my Jeff and his team. There was little proactive communication and no explanation why the documents weren’t ready considering the closing had already been delayed once. So my family and I had to stay at a strangers house because Jeff and his team were unable to transfer the funds in time before the office closed.
