COMMUNICATION! I'm very disappointed I used you guys to be honest. I'm so upset I got to the point I felt like I had to continue the loan through you. Josh did not communicate anything to me and I felt like up until the last point things were still being changed under my knowledge and as I was signing my paperwork I was still correcting issues that were in it. That is NOT my job. Thats why I pay you. I'm very disappointed and upset with this service and would never refer a friend here.

Communication has to improve on several occasions I would call or email and would not get a response on a timely manner. Many times I had to resubmit the same documentation numerous times or I would submit what was requested only to be later informed that it was not enough. It was my first time purchasing a home and there was a lot I did not know. Even at the time of closing all the documentation had not be disclosed to me or my realtor. Very unpleasant experience.

Actually zero. But this doesn't let me use a zero Four weeks of application process. Loan approved. Closing scheduled. Disclosure released. Three day wait period is over. We're ready to go to closing. Heading into closing They pull the loan because the home doesn't pass the Fannie Mae requirements since it's a second home in a resort area. Yep. Could they have found this out early in the application? With the appraisal? With all the other documents we sent them? Nope. Five weeks into it. On our way to closing they pull the funds No thanks

The house was signed for on the 21's and the property has not been turned over, have not received the keys. During the process was insulted many times and talked down to. It feels like I'm not the right class of Latino for her.

After changing my closing date three times, ending up having to stay in a hotel for a week. This was the worst experience I've ever been through. It didn't affect Roy so he didn't care. I personally will never refer him to anyone

Sean's lack of communication and professionalism truly gave us a negative home buying experience. From the very beginning of the process with Sean we disclosed all information and expected that his "expertise" would guide us through this process. It was the worst display of customer service I have ever experienced and would never recommend him to anybody.
