We had little to no communication with anyone from the company. Phone calls or emails with questions weren't answered. at one point we spoke with our loan officer later in the evening and he sounded like he was either intoxicated or under the influence of medication. he accused us of looking elsewhere for a loan based on our bank statements we sent over. have we not already been midway through the process we would have looked elsewhere.

Very stressful experience, we went through the biggest nightmare of needing paper/ verification of everything we could have possibly have. It was never enough and Jody was absolutely terrible to deal with.

Communication was horrible. The run around was ridiculous. Ignore calls and then sends texts instead of using the phone to make a call. His boss was called and he never even bothered to return my call. I will never use them again or refer anyone to this business!!

I was told I could have a loan on my own and could buy a $200+ house on my own. 6 weeks later I had to add my husband to get the loan! Very cruel way of doing business. Said I was preapproved! Really! I could say so much more but will not.

They were not able to be clear about anything . all was chaos , they lost the documents, they have not idea what documents do we have to submit or what information those documents needed. They took way more than expected because of their mess they seem completely newbies on this
