Megan did a good job overall, but it wasn’t clear once her phase was complete, what was happening next, and we really struggled with our engagement with Ashlee, and there appeared to be a disconnect between Megan and Ashlee, and when I included Megan, it still wasn’t clear who was responsible for what, or what the next steps were. There was a shift in funder late in the game which required additional paperwork, and it also somehow shifted our closing date - to Memorial Day. We were not given the amount we needed for close until quite late, and there were not clear expectations about timing, signing expectations (FedEx of hard copies versus digital signing), etc. In short, the early part of the process was smooth and clear with Megan, the remainder of the process was not.
